Just scored these Dell 7060s. Suggestions on what to do with them?

4x Dell OptiPlex 7060 Micro - 8th Gen i5 8500T, 8GB, 265GB, Wi-Fi
I was thinking to experiment with Proxmox HA.
I also have an m93p (i5 4590T, 16GB - current VM box running Proxmox) that I'll turn into a pfsense router after removing the Wi-Fi and adding a 2nd NIC via the mini PCIe. This thing uses <8w at idle!
