Asus Wifi Router and Mokerlink Managed Switch?

Hi Everyone,
I got a Mokerlink Managed Switch and I was wondering how should I setup my network. Put the Managed switch after the Router? or in front? or setup the Router as a AP, but I guess I would lose the Firewall feature?
The only thing I have done with my WiFi router was to reserve a couple IPs to some computers.
I could also just leave it as a test/learn/play environment while I get familiar with Network configurations.
