Australian ISP / Modem / Router question

Hi all,
I am moving out for the first time with my partner and need some help around appropriate ISPS, MBs speeds and Modem.
For context we both work from home, I am a gamer and my partner streams a lot of TV - Ideally want to be able to game without latency.
Does anyone have any thoughts, suggestions or reccomendations? As this is a completely new world for me.
