Sometimes it is overwhelming reading how everyone insures every aspect of home ownership is taken care of, changing every filter by the exact suggested time, all systems working perfectly, etc. So here is some realness, please share yours so I also feel better lol
AC system works but not great, no air out of 2 of our 12 vents. Will set the system to 22 when its 32 outside and it'll only get down to 25. Not worth the 10k to fix to me
Some windows are hard to open/close
lots of drywall cracks (not new) that haven't been patched
TONS of weeds in the yard, an overwhelming amount, and we just lawnmower over them
Need to fix my driveway and one pane of one of my windows shattered, but the mortgage will be paid off in 3 years so I'm waiting for that.
List of things I plan to do quickly after payments drop. Replace all windows, get driveway paved, replace carpet with wood/tile, get a vent fan for stove, finish attic.
