How can i replace this rotten board ?

I assume it's the sill board that the door rests on, but I dont see if it supports the roof and the upper structure. Deck rotted and couldn't see how extensive the damage was. Termites also have been spotted in the area. The board is the rotted piece under the bowing white board. Thank you so much.
