Why are my nano leaf lights flickering non-stop?

I have two bulbs and one strip in one room and they're all flickering. But I have one in my bedroom that responds very, very slowly. The rest work fine although I had the flicker problem in another room.
I did reset my router hoping that might clear it up but no luck. I'm getting plenty of bandwidth. Does anyone have any idea what causes that and how to fix it?
