How can I identify my kitchen sink faucet and upon doing so how would I find parts?

I really like our kitchen sink but the arm that holds the hose head is simply too shallow. It doesn’t reach but a portion into our sink. I’m trying to see if I can find a longer arm for this faucet. I have no idea what model the Fossett is because it came with the house. Is there a universal piece, is it brand specific?
Any help is appreciated.
