Garbage disposal disposal
Post Body
Nope, that's not a typo. Had to change out my garbage disposal not too long ago when one of the inner seals when kaput. Now I have a useless hunk of scrap metal sitting in my garage.
Any idea on what I should do to get rid of the old one? Seems wasteful to just throw it in the trash. I doubt big box home improvement centers offer any sort of recycling. Is my only option to track down a local scrap metal yard? Would they even accept it?
