Entryway bead board ceiling: What am I doing?
Post Body

Just covered my entryway with some bead board to keep out birds that keep roosting up there. Not finished yet, I have to cut and add more to the top and planning on using a strip or molding to hide the seams where the bead board pieces connect.

My question is: What am I doing? It’s my first time doing this and I’m kind of making it up as I go. Am I doing it right? Should I fill the space above the bead board with insulation or expanding insulating foam before covering the rest of the ceiling? Does this look good or like shit…?

Thanks for any and all help & insight!
