I have blackout curtains, but they are flush with the walls, so light peeks through the sides. I plan on putting Velcro tape strips along the sides to fix this problem, but I’m not sure of which glue to use that would best adhere the Velcro tape strips to the fabric of the blackout curtains (the adhesive of the Velcro tape strips likely won’t suffice in the long run). Any suggestions?
The curtains would likely see daily or semi-daily use, so the glue would need to consistently be stronger than the Velcro’s connection [to itself].
Edit: I’m looking for a solution that doesn’t involve sewing.
