Hello all, I’ve been renting this house for over a year now. When I first moved in, I noticed I was tracking a lot of dust into the house from the garage. I chalked it up to the garage needing a good clean and moving in. A year later, and many, many sweeps later, the garage floor is still dusty as heck, to the point that anything left in the garage over night accumulating a fine layer of dust by the morning.

I have a couple of questions: First, is this an indication that the garage floor needing to be redone? How much would it cost to have a contractor come do a two car garage?

Two, is inhaling all that dust dangerous? Me and my buddies game in there all night on the weekends. We have large fans moving air, but the doors usually stay closed to keep out mosquitoes.
