Need advice on what to do with gas fireplace/empty corner

So I have this gas fireplace that sticks out about 3-4 feet from the wall and struggling to get ideas to make this area more presentable. Ideally I’d want a fireplace mantle around it but most I’ve seen online are only about a foot or so wide which would leave the back exposed. This is in the living room so I’d want my tv most likely somewhere above the fireplace or in the right corner. Any suggestions would be helpful or if anyone knows a fireplace mantle that would fit around what I got. Current layout of fireplace
