Is it possible the plywood in my closet floor was glued down WITHOUT screws?
Post Body

I’m replacing the carpet in my closet room floor and need to fasten the plywood to the joists where there the plywood bows…

This video is showing where two pieces of plywood meet on the closet floor. I was expecting to see screws or nails along the seam on either side but there don’t appear to be any…

I was trying to using the current pattern of screws in the plywood as a guide to install more screws… However, I don’t see any screws at all… Is it possible the plywood was only glued to the joists WITHOUT screws?

The closet is 8ft by 6ft…

EDIT

Additionally, should I be using nails instead of screws?

I also just realized I have an OSB subfloor and not plywood!
