Divert tub spout to a handheld shower for a bathtub without a built in shower head?

Hi, I’d like to start utilizing more of our bathroom.

In the master bedroom there is a small room with a small stand up shower and toilet as well a big huge tub in an open room.

All I do with that big tub is dust it because I just don’t have time to take a bath. I also want to do a cheap and easy fix, nothing that would be up to my father’s standards!

Do you have a recommendation for a diverter to a handheld shower head that would still provide some pressure. I’m in CA and I know we can’t get all the cool shower fixtures :)
