I have a 2 part commercial grade epoxy floor in the garage that was installed about 8 years ago. It has been awesome thus far. Noticed over the years it’s scratched in places from moving items around, some parts the clear uv top coat is chipped off from dropping things, and doesn’t have the gloss shine it used to have. I wanted to steam clean it, maybe wet sand with ??? to get rid of some scratches, feather in the chips, and hopefully top coat it rather than remove/grind back to concrete. No peeling and relatively decent condition. Any advice for what I can use to top coat that’s budget friendly, high endurance and gloss shine? I was thinking of using this glaze n seal wet gloss lacquer waterproofer or simoniz ultra high gloss 33% solids floor finish wax? Not sure if this would cause a reaction with the epoxy floor or not? Any advice would be appreciated. Thanks
