Wall Frame Bottom Plate connection to Wood Floor and Joists
Post Body

So this seems like a simple thing to find but for some reason I'm not getting anywhere. I can find everything you would every want to know about wall framing and building floors and how to attach walls to Cement. I don't care about cement.

I am building a Post and Wood Beam foundation (House is off the ground). I will have an i-joist floor and subfloor attached to the beams. Then of course, exterior walls attached to the subfloor.

WHAT is the minimal building code (or point me to the actual code) for attaching the Bottom Plate of the wall to the subfloor?
