Jacked up and leveled house, how to finish?
Post Body

I own a pretty old and small bungalow house. It was leaning from the day I bought it.

I jacked up my house, increased from 3 concrete footings to 6 concrete footings along the wall, leveled it out and replaced the rotten posts with proper pressure treated lumber.

Enclosing/skirting the crawlspace I previously had asbestos sheets, buried below grade about 18 inches into the ground. I had to carefully remove the sheets to get access to the posts and . But now I'm at a loss of what to do to enclose/skirt it again. I have access to the crawlspace at another part of the house. I'm wanting to get it finished up before an upcoming appraisal.

I looked into hardieboard, but it isn't recommended for ground contact. Any suggestions?

Edit. I am in the Portland, OR metro area.
