Just bought a new house, and I'm moving out of my rental and need to fix a few things up. One of those things is a dime sized hole in the shower basin. It is a stand-up shower basin made from some sort of plastic. Kind of like this. Except mine has a threshold that comes up about 6 inches in the front of the shower (where the curtain meets the floor) and that threshold is about 4 inches wide.
The hole itself is a few inches up the threshold in the front of the shower on the inside, not on the floor itself. And the basin is hollow.
The hole has been covered up for a while with a piece of gorilla tape which constantly amazes me with it's durability and longevity. However, I don't think my landlord will consider that an acceptable "fix".
So.... to all you folks that are handier than I... what's the best way to patch this thing up? Thanks in advance, this sub is awesome.
