What the hell do I do with this kitchen space??

Moved into a new apartment starting from scratch (just divorced left everything kitchen wise with ex spouse and child) and I feel like this kitchen layout is really bad. No food pantry either so that sucks maybe that's what the wheel is for. Thanks all If this is not the right sub please point me into the right direction of a better sub to post this
