$2700 for two windows installed. Is anyone going to beat this HD quote?

I’m moving in summer and want to knock these two windows out and get the rebates while I can (you have to be living in the home to get the rebate). Turning the house over to a friend while on 2 year work assignment. I had Home Depot guy out here this morning. Is anyone gonna beat their quote honestly?? I know there are issues with using HD. This is their cheapest window. These are not permanent solution windows but I have a lot of things pulling at my cash flow as I resolve about half a dozen unfinished projects before moving.
