context, this is my first home, its built in 1993, a lot of things seem and look diy, and this house had a mold problem in the attic above this bathroom before i bought it, they said they got rid of the mold.

so we have been keeping the windows open during showers, and i already got the ceiling fan/vent thing fixed because apparently it wasn’t connected to the air outlet thing in the attic and they fixed the insulation in the attic around this vent.

previously I have sprayed this area with vinegar and scrubbed the shit out of it but the mold keeps coming back.

could it be coming from the attic? what should i do? who should i call to permanently fix this problem? what can i do temporarily?

if this is not the place for this can someone advise where on reddit i can go for advice
