Bracing tile ceiling to replace wall
Post Body

We have the insurance company claiming they can take down the entire paneled walls and trim while bracing the ceiling with 2x4s without it moving or disturbing the tile. They don’t want to cover the ceiling after water damage because the ceiling tiles are probably asbestos. We feel like this is them trying to get out of covering. How do I convince them that they’re wrong without hiring a lawyer?
