New Texas Homeowner freezing temps.

Copper pipes in home. All water supplies are working properly except the master bathroom and washer. Cold water dribbles with no water pressure, washer cold water supply isn’t producing water. Hot water on both is fine. Pipes aren’t visible. Either in attic or through the wall. I suspect they are frozen. Any ideas or tips?
