Pilot light goes out after furnace heats water
Post Body

I have an issue with my pilot light going out after heating the water in my tank. It only happens after the water finishes heating to the desired temp. I tested this by re-igniting the pilot while having my temp set to vacation and the pilot will stay lit. Once I move the temp to hot the furnace will come on heating the water but afterwards the pilot goes out.

I am trying to decide if I should call a plumber or just clean the thermocouple. Any insight would be appreciated.
