Help with subfloor for luxury plank vinyl

Thinking about buying floating luxury plank vinyl with the attached acoustic pad. My question is should I put down some sort of subfloor on top of my existing subfloor before installing or will this floor be fine installing floating flooring on top? It is SLIGHTLY uneven in some areas.
Or if you guys have a suggestion for something different to install.
