Broken drawer slide replacement

So the slide replacement broke on on of our bathroom cabinet drawers. I can’t seem to find this part to replace. Home Depot has one that fits but it isn’t long enough and doesn’t have those existing white screw things in the back of the part.
Any idea where I can find something similar to the original part?
