OSB subfloor edges exposed. What to seal it with?
Post Body

Bought a log home, and noticed that the subfloor edge is exposed to the elements about 18 inches off the ground. We get a lot of snow here, and recently rain. The OSB inside is a bit more moist that I would prefer (16%). Want to seal it before winter. What would you use? Flex seal? Prosoco fast flash? Thanks for any help.
