Possible termite or water damage
Post Body

Hi everyone,

Is there a less intrusive way (compared to cutting drywall) to figure out if there is water or termite damage in the wall structure? My living room has two exterior walls (bricks outside) with many cracks and damages to the drywall and I'm planning to paint it but wanna make sure there is no structure damage behind the walls. Fyi, when i was renovating the other side of the house i saw both old termite and water damages
