I live in a first floor and I dropped a 20 kg bumper plate, could the structure underneath have been damaged?

I'm sorry if this sub is not for questions like this one, I searched but I couldn't find anyone more appropriate. So, I dropped it from about 1.5 m, the tile broke a little bit but that was most likely from a 5 kg iron one that also fell. Should I be concerned about the integrity of the structure?
