Disabled cashier passed over for promotion for third time. Is this normal?
Post Body
I have attempted to become a head cashier three times. Each time I was either told I wasn’t experienced enough or lacked the needed skills. I learned that I was passed over this time for lacking “people skills.” As a cashier on the autism spectrum, that is very hard to gain. Was I discriminated against? I don’t know for sure.
