Told by a coworker that disabled cashier is below cashier

So Iām disabled due to autism and most of the other cashiers treat me like Iām below them in rank. Rules are made up that only apply to me (ādonāt stand and wait for customersā, ādonāt breathe loudā, ādonāt say anything unless spoken toā etc.), I am frequently talked about behind my back, and I generally feel unwanted. Any advice?
