Hi everyone. First time on this sub. Seems like a nice community.
I ordered a pallet of insulation yesterday. Realized it was the wrong size. I requested cancelation of that order within the hour of making it. Guess I wasn't quick enough. I called HD this morning. Nothing they can do on their end. They told me Owens Corning was fulfilling the order. I called them. Nothing they can do on their end and they didn't seem to know what I was talking about.
So basically, I was told that I could bring the product in for a refund or I could refuse the order. Since it is a little bit of a pain for me to get a trailer ready for a pallet, I am thinking about refusing the order. Is there any reason why I shouldn't do this? What does the refund process look like if I refuse the order?
Thanks :)
