Granted, I work at a high volume store or at least close to it (can't remember which) but garden literally has the most associates not just generally speaking, but at any given time the store is open. Before we're even near peak hours, we already have 7 - 8 people in garden. Meanwhile, lumber, arguably our busiest department (isn't that any HD's busiest?) is struggling to have a minimum of 3 (especially considering someone is always calling out over there). Is anyone elses store like this? I already learned that my store is in a minority when it comes to us lot bois, with my store having a minimum of 3 at time while other stores only scheduled 1.
