Does anyone know the formula for profit sharing checks?
Post Body
I'm saying the exact formula. I know tenure, pay, full/pt are factors, but I've been asking this for years and I haven't found an answer. Our store got first in the district by A LOT and we're all trying to speculate what the payout might be. After taxes, the common conclusion seems to be something around the amount of a regular (covid bonus included) equivalent paycheck, plus or minus $100 or so.
