A little explanation first. I've been at HD for nearly 2 1/2 years now and 2 of that has been spent in a specialty department (D30). Of the 4 people in my department I've been there the second longest (1 having been there for about 1 year and the other less than 3 months.) I've recently discovered I make the least out of everyone in the department by more than $0.50. the first guy is our ONLY specialist and I have no issue with that. The other two however make $12 plus where as I make only $11.70. ($11 is minimum)
This to me seems unfair as I trained both of these associates and all three of us are part-timers. I was looking for some justification that I'm not the jerk here and I have something to bring up to my SM.
tldr: I make less than the two people I helped train in my department and it makes me a sad boi. Plz help.
