Lot Associates should get a bonus during the Summer and maybe even the Winter

Hear me out, the only other department that has to bust their booty as hard as lot is lumber and even then, they're inside most of the time. Meanwhile, us lot boys are out in the blazing hot heat, with masks on, pushing like 8 or more carts, loading and unloading customers. Not to mention sometimes there's only like two of us working at a time (at my store anyways).
