I posted recently about my timeclock looking like 4 hours was taken away for no reason. I recently was rehired by Home Depot at the beginning of March. I worked for a different Home Depot from June of 2022 to November of 2023. I had 4 hours taken from my time punch at the new Home Depot from last week and while nothing reflects in my check yet since I haven’t gotten it I HAVE gotten success sharing. I got about $60 the other day from Home Depot and what I think is happening is new Home Depot is taking roughly the same amount from my check because they said I shouldn’t be eligible for success sharing. I feel like this is illegal since it’s system decided and such. Idk how to approach HR with this since I’m convinced she already doesn’t like me. Any advice is welcome.
