“Asked” to waive breaks by rest of cashiers

So last week some of my fellow cashiers complained that I take too long on breaks (I time it 15 minutes exactly, plus walk time), and that my break begins the minute I walk away from register. Meaning my break is about ten mins since it takes me roughly 2 1/2 mins to get to/from register.

They said I need to go into my WorkForce and waive my breaks since I only work part time and it affects coverage. I did, now I get no breaks whatsoever. Even bathroom isn’t allowed. What do I do!

And don’t tell me awareline. We all know it’s not anonymous.
