There was a female associate attempting to help a female customer in one of aisle in department they didn't work in and I stop to see if I can assist. The coworker passed the customer over and walk away. The customer then said, "I love that they let females work her, it's so cool that they know some things."
Or I had a customer ask for a discount just because they asked for it and I told him we don't do that but if he finds it somewhere else cheaper we match and beat. He didn't like that answer and would like to talk to a manager so I got my manager and told them a customer would like a discount for no reason. She went over to the customer let the customer explain there reasoning and then she told him exactly what I said to him moments later, she left and I helped the customer load his stiff and then he told me that I told my boss what to say to the customer. I have found a new power of management that I never new I had.
