Website to buy neon signs that ISN’T a scam?

I purchased a neon sign off thatsartinc, only for it to never come and I had to demand a refund for it after 3 months.
I almost placed a purchase off Neon Beach seeing that they had a huge following, but stopped myself after I read hundreds of reviews stating that it is also a scam.
What neon sign website ISN’T a scam? I’d love to buy a couple for my apartment. Has anyone purchased any without any troubles?
