How to cover unsightly command hooks.

Advice needed! I got these cute planters to hang on the end of one of my new kitchen cabinets. I am resisting using nails/screws because I don’t want to damage them. I used these command hooks and am trying to think of a way to cover them up in a way that is decorative. (White ones look equally bad) I’m including a pic of the other end of the room for reference.
