commit or switch colours now?
Post Body

in the process of repainting my living room (the walls were just magnolia) and currently I can’t stand the colour. on the patch test it looked like a nice neutral pale grey, but now it’s on the walls it’s got like a blue/purple hint to it and I just think it’s making the whole room look smaller and colder and it clashes with the furnishings (a lot of the curtains, cushions etc are red). my question is do I commit to finishing the room with this colour and see how it looks when everything is done properly and the room is furnished and dressed? or do I try and switch colours now while most of the furniture is out of the room/covered in dust sheets etc? two of the walls have one coat, two of the walls have two coats and none of the edge parts by the ceiling or skirting boards have been done yet
