Need more comfortable tv watching set up

Please feel free to share any ideas. This couch needs to be replaced and this is really the only spot in the house for a tv. It’s a cozy room but I always feel stiff when we try to watch a couple of shows or a movie. It’s a small room I like about 11x11 feet give or take
