Single Wide Trailer Home
Post Body

I have a single wide available to me for cheap thru my dad. He built it and it’s been a lake house for the family but he’s looking to sell it and move away as he’s retiring. I have an apartment, so it would be an upgrade, I could take a loan for a lot and to set it in. I was wondering if there’s a way I could pour a basement, and frame it to attach the single wide? Is that possible as long as I have building permits and it’s under code. I know it could pricey but I’m open to the idea if it’s worth it.
