HS720G no GPS

Hi all I hope you are well! Drone newbie here and trying to set up our new HS720G. We have tried it whilst sat inside and also sat outside but the transmitter does not pick up GPS signal and I am not sure if it is just something small we are missing? It currently just says GPS satellites zero. It's connected to a pixel Pro 7 and we also tried a Samsung S20. Thanks in advance for any help!
