On one stream, Risu stole Moona's piggy bank. She giggled to herself before opening it. 

"Don't worry, Moona can't get in here," Risu told the chat. 

But soon, Moona came knocking on her door. 

"Risu is not here!" She called out. 

Moona kept knocking until Risu opened the door and Moona came storming in. 

"Did you steal my piggy bank Risu?" Moona asked angrily. 

"No, I just borrowed it to count the coins inside," Risu responded back.

"Oh really? I don't want you taking it again, so I'm going to punish you so much you'll never think of doing it again," Moona told her.

"And how are you going to do that?" Risu asked.

"Like this," Moona tied risu to her chair with ropes she brought in. 

"Hey!" 

Moona got on the ground and took off Risu's shoes and began wiggling a finger over her feet. 

"Heeheeheeheeheeheeheeheeheeheehee! That tickles!" 

"It's only going to get worse." Moona responded. 

She stood back up and reached into Risu's shirt and began tickling her underarms. 

"AHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA!" 

"Tickle, tickle~"

Risu laughed away while Moona continued to tickle her pits. Each finger fueling her tortured laughter. 

"PLEAHEEHEESTOPMOONA!" 

"Not until I'm done punishing you."

Moona stopped tickling her underarms, but then lifted up Risu's shirt and began digging her fingers into her belly. 

"AHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA!" 

Moona took her fingers around Risu's belly trying to see what worked. She even dipped a finger into her belly button to see how Risu reacted. 

"HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA!" 

Risu's belly was finally spared of more tickling, but Moona wasn't done yet. As Risu caught her breath, Moona went back down below Risu. 

"No Moona, not my feet. PleaHEEHEEHEEHEEHEESENOOHOHOHO!"

Risu's pleas were ignored as Moona unleashed her wrath on her soles. 

"HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA!" 

Moona raked her fingers up to Risu's toes and down hot her heels. Meanwhile, Risu laughed and laughed and wiggled and tried to escape, wanting the tickling to end. But it didn't, it just continued. The horrible tickling on her feet was too much for Risu, but finally it stopped after nearly 15 minutes of tickling. 

"I think I'm done now. I didn't want to stop because your laughter is so cute , and I think your fans agree," Moona said pointing to the screen. Risu realized she never ended her stream so her tickle session was heard by everyone. Her chat was going crazy and she had tons of superclass. 

Moona untied Risu who recomposed herself before speaking, "Hey guys I think I'm going to end my stream now. I will do a superchat reading stream later. Thank you for watching bye!" Then she ended the stream.

"Don't take my stuff again. If you do, you can expect more tickling~" Moona wiggled her fingers in the air as she said that making Risu shudder.
