Cheap 12 hr Parking garages near Hoboken PATH station

Hey guys. What's the most cheapest parking lot/garage options in and around nearby PATH stations. I plan to Park on a Saturday evening from 6pm to 6am Sunday mornings to visit the NYC by path.
Also, does PATH trains runs 24 hrs on weekends to get back from the 33rd PATH station to Hoboken/Journal Square Station ?
What's the best station to park at ?
