So I recently came to the realization that all the things I've been doing the last few years (gaming, redditing, etc.) aren't really things I actually enjoy, more things that I do to distract me from actual work. I've started going to the gym and have been a lot more outgoing the last few months, but I still struggle with confidence as I don't really have a goal or passion at the moment.

I'm thinking about starting to play the piani/keyboard or join an improv group, but I don't really know where and how to start. I'm also kinda trying to find my passions, and need ideas for things I can do in my free time that I actually like. Does anyone have any tips on hobbies or other things to try?
