Just a what if thought I had.
What if for some reason (feel free to come up with one if you like) Clinton when running for president had chosen Biden as his VP.

1. Would this have likely effected the 92 election?
   
2. If Clinton wins would it have been likely to effected anything specific in Clinton's first 4 years?
   
3. Would there be any effect on the 96 election? I think the VP had little to do with the 96 election from what I remember, but maybe there was something there.
   
4. Does anything change in the second 4 years of Clinton's term?
   
5. The actual crux of the question assuming Biden chooses to run for the presidency in 2000 like Gore did (I assume it would be likely that Biden would run) how does the match up of Biden VS Bush Jr end up. In it unless there is something you think that would happen to change it assume that Florida has the same Butterfly ballot and Hanging Chad issues that it did in OTL. Does Biden have more or less of a lead that Florida is unaffected by these issues, or other states changed to make the issues in Florida irrelevant. Or does it come back to those issues in Florida again?
   
6. How does the 2000 presidency play out? 9/11 is on the horizon.
