Of the six German kingdoms within the German Confederation (Prussia, Bohemia, Saxony, Bavaria, Württemberg and Hanover), arguably the most forgettable is that of the Kingdom of Württemberg, located between Bavaria and the Grand Duchy of Baden in Swabia. So, I propose a challenge: how could Württemberg, in the decades after the Napoleonic wars, become the most powerful German State, or at least powerful enough to become the centre of a unified German Empire, much like Prussia in our timeline.
